1. Work Place Skills Planning
These include development, submission and implementation of your Work Place Skills Plan with the relevant Seta.
2. Discretional Grants
Applications with the different Seta’s, compliance and submissions.
Selection and recruitment, inductions, facilitation, assessments, moderations, and Certification. Payment of stipends to 18.2 learners
4. Monitoring and Evaluation of Programmes
Assisting companies to meet Seta/Founders requirements and targets also to comply with requirements including project management of the interventions.
5. Placements Of Graduates
Closing the gaps within the sector by Placing Qualified Graduates with organisations, guided by the Sector Skills Plans.
6. Project Management of Training Interventions
We have a network of training providers that we can refer organisations to and we quality assurer their training, assessments, moderation through to certification of learners.
7. Capacity building
We capacity internal staff to be able to implement learning interventions for their prospective companies.
We serve as mentors to candidates for duration of the learning intervention, and three months after completion.
9. Recruitment and Selection
NQF Level 4 Matric or equivalent.
This qualification runs over a period of one year with at least 30 days of training. Learners also have additional access to mentors and work groups to assist in the completion of their Portfolio of Evidence.
